UCMPL with its main focus on Quality, Cost and timely delivery, has accomplished these traits with state of the art manufacturing set-up and warehousing.

The company has installed more than 30 injection molding machines ranging from 150 tons to 850 tons in its manufacturing unit. These machines include electric injection moulding machines from JSW (Japan), L&T and Ferromatik Milacron and also machines of Engel and Nissai and are operating at a production capacity of 2500 tons of engineering plastic per annum. Our Blow Molding Unit has 10 Blow Molding Machines. The machines are of CMP with double station triple head. The company also has sleeving machines for providing complete solution to our customers.

Today the company has about 450000 Sq. Ft. of area, in which we have rented out approx.

100000 Sq. Ft. of land to MNC’s like ITC, Tata Steel, Gail India Ltd, HUL vendors etc. for warehousing. In addition to this we have our own establishments for Polymer Trading, Rotational Molding and of Rice Mill. Today we have an Independent Power Feeder from UPKPCL substation to directly at our firm, thus we get an interrupted power supply, which helps us in our day-to-day operations.
